The Russian Difference
What Makes Authentic Russian Massage Special
Russian massage is a therapeutic tradition rooted in centuries of Eastern European wellness culture, refined through the ritual of the banya. It blends deep, rhythmic muscle engagement with controlled, systematic pressure and a real understanding of the body's structure releasing deep-set tension, improving circulation and leaving you restored for days. Every therapist at Arina is trained specifically in this methodology and adjusts pressure to your comfort, focusing on the neck, shoulders, back and legs where stress accumulates.
