Arina Russian Spa ("we", "us", "our") operates a day spa located at B-14, Mahipalpur Extension, New Delhi – 110037, India. By booking a session, visiting our premises, or using our website at arinarussianspa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

We offer professional massage and spa therapy services including Russian massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, couple massage, four-hand massage, hot stone therapy, aromatherapy, and Thai massage. All sessions are performed by certified, trained therapists in private, sanitised suites.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking & Appointments

• Booking methods: You may book a session via phone call (+91 82987 87002), WhatsApp, or walk-in.
• Walk-ins: Walk-in guests are welcome subject to therapist availability. We recommend calling ahead to confirm your preferred time slot.
• Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next guest, with no reduction in fee.
• Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when acknowledged by our reception team via phone or message.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on our website are starting prices in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Final pricing may vary based on session duration, therapist selection, and specific service customisations.
• We accept payment by cash, UPI, and all major credit/debit cards.
• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the session.
• We maintain a strict no hidden charges policy. The price quoted is the price you pay.

5. Cancellation & No-Show

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking by calling or messaging us at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment.
• Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement for advance confirmation on future bookings.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion for reasons including but not limited to guest behaviour, health concerns, or safety.

6. Health & Safety

• Guests are encouraged to inform their therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancies before the session begins.
• Our therapists are trained to adjust techniques based on your needs, but we are not medical practitioners. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
• We maintain hospital-grade hygiene: fresh linens for every guest, sanitised private suites, and 100% natural cold-pressed oils only.
• If you feel any discomfort during a session, please inform your therapist immediately.

7. Age Requirement

All guests must be 18 years of age or older to use our spa services. We may request valid photo identification to verify age.

8. Conduct

We expect all guests to behave respectfully and appropriately during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any session and ask any guest to leave the premises — without refund — in cases of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or violation of our policies.

9. Liability

• We take every reasonable precaution to provide safe, professional services. However, massage therapy carries inherent risks, and you use our services at your own risk.
• Arina Russian Spa shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. Secure lockers are provided for your convenience.
